Most relationship work focuses on conflict. I go toward what's underneath it.

I work in the small moments where connection disappears: the look away, the over-explaining, the joke that replaces the real thing, the "I'm fine" you tell yourself. I catch those moments while they're happening, in your body as much as in your words, and we practice coming back. That's what over 15 years of experience offers, an artful and direct approach.

I built these immersions as an alternative to weekly sessions. When you have real time and space, the patterns that run on autopilot get easier to see. And easier to change.

Is this therapy?

It's deep relationship coaching. I'm a certified EFT practitioner with over 15 years of experience. This work is not traditional therapy and I've chosen to step outside of licensed therapy work.

Is this just for couples? (hint: no!) What if my partner isn't ready?

Relational skepticism is standard when old cycles feel exhausting. My process is structured so that neither partner is framed as the problem: the negative cycle between you is the problem. I act as an objective, gentle but also direct guide to ensure both voices are deeply heard without judgment.

Also, you can start on your own. RETURN is built for individuals. When one person changes how they show up, the whole relationship can feel it. AND you don't have to be in any intimate partnered relationship to work with me! Some of my most beloved clients are fabulous powerful single women.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. After your deposit, pay the balance in full or spread it over 3 or 6 months.

I can’t start until next summer. Is it still worth booking now?

Yes. You lock in this year’s rate now and do the work in 2027, when the timing is right for you. Please note: for the in-person experience dates work on a first come first serve.

Is the deposit refundable?

Due to the nature of this work and specific planning it requires, the deposit is not refundable and must be applied to work completed (not just started) in 2027. Full balance is also due within 2027.

Can this count as a business expense?

Please talk to your CPA. I cannot provide any financial direction but it is absolutely worth the ask.

What happens after I pay?

You will be contacted about next steps including an optional 30min call to talk together about scheduling and contract terms for payment options. A contract will be delivered and you'll be set to schedule your time with Jessica.
